Easter Activities

Below are some fun Easter activities to choose from, which link to various subjects across the curriculum :)

Easter activities:

- Art: There are lots of lovely Easter art and craft projects to complete- some ideas and instructions can be found here: https://www.countryliving.com/diy-crafts/how-to/g1111/easter-crafts/?slide=27 some particularly nice activities include sock bunnies, salt dough Easter egg decorations, pompom chicks and a paper plate egg wreath. Other suggestions: design an Easter egg, make an Easter card, or paint some eggs (some inspiration here).

- Science and STEM: lovely Easter themed STEM challenge cards can be found on Twinkl. There is also some great egg-speriments :) - search Easter experiments or Easter STEM to find them!

Bring a checklist of leaves/insects/animals that you are going to look for on your walk, or collect or photograph interesting leaves and plants and research them when you get home.

- PE: Have an Easter egg hunt. Have an egg and spoon race. practice egg rolls (need a thick mat/mattress)!
