Tomorrow is a non-uniform day. Pupils may wear green tomorrow into school to celebrate Seachtain na Gaeilge and St. Patrick's Day! 

Aldi Competition Progress Report!

Many thanks to everyone who has brought in the Aldi stickers so far! We're nearly at the halfway mark!!! 

World Book Day

Many thanks to Antonia's Bookstore in Trim for inviting us down for World Book Day again this year! 

Juniors and Seniors were very lucky and got to meet an author. Tatyana Feeny read her newest book, Eva and the Perfect Rain, to the Junior Room. 

The children were delighted to get their free books with their World Book Day tokens. Encouraging children to read for pleasure every day is one of the most important things we can do for our children.

Juniors and Seniors also had a book scavenger hunt in our lovely library, which is kept so well by the parents who look after it.

Pancake Tuesday

Many thanks to the parents who provided the children (and staff!) with yummy pancakes for Shrove Tuesday yesterday! 

Homework Club

Homework Club will be available from next Tuesday, March 5^th, following Board of Management approval yesterday. It will be made available for students from 1^st-6^th Class, Monday to Wednesday.

It will take place with Ms. Keane in her classroom from 3pm-4pm. Children must be collected at the school gate promptly at 4pm.

Homework Club will cost €5 per day. A sign-up sheet will go around each morning in school for the club that day.

Students are encouraged to bring a light snack and drink to have before they start their work.

N.B.: The final responsibility for checking the students’ homework rests with the parents.
