GAA-Girls

Congratulations to the girls in 3rd-6th class who competed in St. Patrick's N.S.'s first football match  in the Cumann na mBunscol leagues!!! 

We were playing against Mount Hanover NS, Duleek, who were the winners of today's match with a scoreline of 2-6 to 1-3. Well done to Milly (1-2) and Mia (0-1) on the excellent scores. Mia was very unlucky not to have scored a goal today too!

The older players on the team, Niamh, Mia and Milly, set a fantastic example for the younger players. A special well done to Holly, Emily and Meghan on their first ever football match! 

Our Player of the Match today was Meghan Lennon, who showed great determination and enthusiasm today on the pitch. She was a natural back and hardly let a single player or ball get by her! Congratulations Meghan!

Pancake Tuesday

We hope everyone enjoys their pancakes today! As a special treat, the Parent's Association will be providing pancakes on Tuesday for the children in the school!                                        Juniors and Seniors are very excited for some pancakes!!!!!

GAA Training

Well done to all of the children who took park in the first GAA training of 2017 on Tuesday after school! We had a great turn out and everyone gave 100% effort. A special well done to the children who have never played before. Even by the end of the session you could see the improvements in your skills, so keep up the good work! Remember, training is open to all pupils in 3rd-6th class, with or without previous GAA experience! Games will be starting in the coming weeks!

Training next Tuesday, 3pm-4pm.

New Language Curriculum

As you know, the school was shut last Friday for in-service teacher training on the new language curriculum. If you want information on this new curriculum please see the Curriculum online website HERE.

Trim GAA Football U/7 Academy

Football training for 5-7 year old boys begins on Friday the 3rd of February at Trim GAA Club.
